Ingredients:
Corn kernels – 2 cups,
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp,
Corn flour – to dust,
Maida – 1 tbsp,
Onion – 1 tbsp (chopped finely),
Green chilli – 1 (chopped finely),
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Chaat masala – 1 tsp,
Oil for frying,
Method
- Mix corn kernels, salt, ginger-garlic paste, maida and corn-flour such that the corn kernels are well coated with this mixture.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the corn over high-heat until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- In another pan, heat a little oil add onions and green chilli. Saute a little. Add fried corns. Toss it and add salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix gently and serve hot immediately.
